covered for life.Our lifetime parts warranty applies across all four stair lift models. Coverage includes motors, circuit boards, wiring, switches, arm controls, and remote controls.

Replacement batteries.
For life, too.Batteries are included in your lifetime parts coverage. Covered replacement batteries are supplied at no charge; labor to install them is charged separately.
03 · The unexpected
Even lightning-strike
damage is included.Parts damaged by a lightning strike are covered. If something happens, contact us so we can discuss the issue and the next steps for service.
04 · Clear from the start
Parts are covered.
Labor is separate.The warranty does not cover labor. Covered replacement parts are free; labor to diagnose a problem or fit a replacement is charged separately.
